Maintenance & Support Policies

Since GAM CS strongly believes that maintaining the installed materials within any projects requires high level of maintenance, we developed high standard maintenance procedures.

The maintenance is performed through our Maintenance Center located at its own premises. The warranty supplied by GAM CS includes the on going check up of the installed equipment, performing any needed procedures to assure the perfect performance of these equipment. The continuous preventive maintenance visits for securing the proper function of the equipment and minimizing the predicted faults.

GAM CS is committed to minimum response time from the time of receiving complaints.
